    FAQ

WHAT IS THE MUNICH SCIENCE & FICTION FESTIVAL?

A 2-day interdisciplinary festival that brings together regional and international artists and scientists, performers, filmmakers, interested and laypeople who enjoy sharing their knowledge, creativity and enthusiasm. We combine art and science to the much-cited 'edutainment'. We show you: slams, music, state-of-the-art exhibitions, workshops, performances, Hebocon, Fail Nights, and much more. Guaranteed Stammtisch-free, without merchandise plastic parks, Imperial recycling, cosplay or the usual space scrap.

    WHAT MAKES YOUR DIFFERENT?

Every year, we create new, innovative formats, such as the science fiction slam, the Faultiverse, music productions such as the first big-bang symphony or 'state-of-the-art' media art experiences ... We see science fiction as a possibility-principle, to rethink things - to change perspectives; and off-mainstream projects - and shoot.
